US Ground Freight

Standard Ground shipping to commercial and residential addresses across the contiguous 48 US states is included in the online lot price displayed in our calculator and ready-spec catalog. Expedited UPS 2nd Day Air and LTL pallet shipments for orders exceeding 1,000 sets are quoted on request at priya@exactpartitions.com.

100% Exact-Fit Remake or Refund Guarantee

Every order is slotted against a numbered specification sheet (EP-...) listing the target carton inside dimensions, grid count, board caliper, and usable inner cell clearance. Manufacturing tolerance on slot spacing and strip length is ±0.030" (±0.75 mm).

If any partition lot arrives damaged in transit or measures outside ±0.030" of your confirmed specification sheet, email a photo to priya@exactpartitions.com within 30 days of delivery. We will immediately slot and ship a replacement lot at no cost or issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.

Returns on Unopened Ready-Spec Packs & Sample Kits

Unused ready-spec catalog packs and sample kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom-dimension orders cut to bespoke buyer measurements are covered in full by our Exact-Fit Remake or Refund Guarantee above; if you are unsure of part clearance prior to a custom run, order our $39 3-Material Sample Kit first (which includes a full $39 credit toward your production lot).

Monthly Auto-Restock Plans

Scheduled monthly restock subscriptions bill at 12% below one-time pricing and dispatch on the same calendar day each month. You may pause, change quantity, update dimensions, or cancel at any time before a monthly lot enters slotting by emailing priya@exactpartitions.com or calling +1 (218) 695-0337.
