1. Scope & Specifications

Exact Partitions supplies custom-cut and ready-spec cardboard, paperboard, corrugated, and conductive ESD box partitions to commercial and individual buyers within the United States. Carton measurements entered into our configurator refer to inside carton length, width, and height unless stated otherwise.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars and processed securely through Stripe via credit card, debit card, digital wallet, or US ACH bank transfer. Contiguous US Ground shipping is included in published online lot prices unless itemized separately on a custom freight quote.

3. Dimensional Tolerance & Inspection

Standard converter tolerance on slotted fiberboard and corrugated partitions is ±0.030" (±0.75 mm). Buyers are responsible for verifying part outer dimensions against the usable inner cell clearance displayed on their specification sheet (EP-...). Any lot delivered outside ±0.030" of confirmed specifications or damaged in carrier transit qualifies for free replacement or full refund within 30 days of receipt.

4. Monthly Auto-Restock Subscriptions

When a buyer selects a Monthly Auto-Restock schedule, Stripe bills the recurring lot price once per month and Exact Partitions dispatches the scheduled partition lot automatically. Buyers may cancel or modify recurring schedules at any time with zero cancellation fee by contacting priya@exactpartitions.com or calling +1 (218) 695-0337 prior to monthly dispatch.

5. Limitation of Liability

Exact Partitions warrants that partitions conform to published material grades and confirmed cut dimensions. Liability for any defective or non-conforming lot shall not exceed replacement of the partition order or refund of the purchase price paid for that order. Buyers packing regulated, hazardous, or sterile medical goods remain responsible for testing complete shipping assemblies under applicable carrier and regulatory standards.
